Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Cash Dash ("we", "us") for using cashdashgame.com and playing Cash Dash. By creating an account, joining the waitlist or buying a ticket, you agree to them, to the Rules and Things to Know, and to our Privacy Policy.

Prizes are governed by the Official Rules for each show, and every player accepts the participant waiver in the app before playing. If those differ from these terms, the Official Rules and waiver win for that show.

▸You must be 18 or older.

▸You need your own phone and your own account. One account per person.

▸Your Callsign must not be offensive, misleading or someone else's name or brand. We may change one that is.

▸Prices and what's included are shown before you buy.

▸Check-in opens 30 minutes before show time. Every player checks in in person.

▸No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. If you miss check-in, your ticket is used.

▸If we postpone or cancel a show for weather, safety or too few players, you get a rain check credit for the same seats.

▸Tickets are for the named account and can't be resold.

▸Follow the Rules and Things to Know and the host's instructions on game day. The host's decisions on the day are final; scoring questions go through support afterward.

▸Obey all laws, traffic rules, signs and property rules. Play on foot. Never trespass, and don't disrupt businesses or photograph people who haven't agreed to it.

▸You take part at your own risk, as set out in the participant waiver.

▸Cheating, sharing clues or codes with other Crews, unsafe play or harassing anyone means disqualification without refund or prize, and we may close the account.

▸Prize amounts for a show are posted before tickets go on sale.

▸Hosts review results before prizes are paid. Prizes are paid digitally, normally within 24 hours of the show; no cash is handed out at Mission Control.

▸Crews placing 4th through 8th at a regular show each win one free ticket, issued to the Crew's Captain: admission for one player to a future regular show, subject to availability. Free tickets have no cash value, can't be transferred and expire 90 days after they're issued (approximate retail value $45). Disqualified Crews don't win a ticket.

▸Winners may need to give tax information, and are responsible for any taxes on prizes.

▸Qualifying for a Top Secret game earns the right to buy a ticket; it isn't a free ticket or a guaranteed seat.

You own the photos and other content you submit. You give us permission to use them to run the game, review results and show results to the players in that show. We'll ask before using them in advertising.

Don't submit anything that's illegal, harmful or someone else's without permission.

The clues, questions, game, app and brand belong to us. Don't copy, publish or sell them, or share clues or answers outside your game.

We'll email you about your account and tickets. Marketing emails and texts are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out any time (unsubscribe link, or reply STOP to texts). Message and data rates may apply.

The site and game are provided as they are. We can't promise they'll always be available or error-free, and outdoor play depends on weather, GPS and phone signal.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Cash Dash is limited to what you paid us for the show involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell you before it applies to a show you've already booked.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
