Cash Dash Founding Creator Terms

Cash Dash (Atlanta, Georgia) invites creators to join as Founding Creators. Participation is by invite only. Cash Dash may end or change the program for future sales with 30 days' notice. Amounts you have already earned are always honored.

▸New players: $6 per paid ticket (seat) on a new player's first order attributed to you.

▸Repeat: $1 per paid ticket on that player's later orders for 12 months from the date they were attributed to you.

▸Attribution: a player is attributed to you when they arrive through your link (remembered for 30 days; the first creator link they used wins) or use your code at checkout. Once a player is attributed to a creator, that does not change.

Your code gives your followers $10 off their first Cash Dash order, once per customer.

▸Your own ticket purchases

▸Free, complimentary or credit tickets

▸Refunded or charged-back tickets

▸Tickets from fraudulent, self-referred or automated activity

Earnings are paid monthly through Stripe once a ticket is past a 14-day hold or the game it is for has happened, whichever is later. The minimum payout is $25; smaller balances roll over to the next month. You must complete Stripe setup, including tax information, to be paid. Cash Dash issues a Form 1099 where required.

You must clearly label every Cash Dash promotion as paid, using #ad, "paid partnership" or the platform's branded content tag, as required by FTC rules.

▸When you mention prizes, say "up to $800" and include "Terms apply."

▸Cash Dash is an 18+ game.

▸No alcohol or drinking content connected to Cash Dash.

▸Never reveal the Mission Control venue or the game zone.

▸Say "Top Secret games," never "big game."

▸Never promise or imply guaranteed winnings.

You are an independent creator, not an employee or agent of Cash Dash.

Cash Dash may repost and share your Cash Dash content with credit to you.

The Founding Creator with the most new players in a calendar month wins one Top Secret game Crew seat (admission for up to 4 players). No cash value.

Cash Dash may pause or remove a creator for breaking these terms or for fraudulent activity. Valid earnings up to that point are still paid.
